You’re hungry and need to eat something ASAP but you’re too lazy to make something? I feel you, guys.
I’m really lazy when it comes to making food and also, I am really impatient. When I’m hungry I need to eat and can’t even wait 15 minutes for my food to be ready. That’s why I am showing you this recipe now. It’s for all those of you, who are as impatient and lazy as me! I got you covered with something real good (and also healthy).
What You Need
- Low Fat Cream Cheese (natural)
- Chicken Breast
- Spicy Chicken Seasoning
- Chili Sauce
- Coconut Oil
What You Need To Do
First of all chop up all of your chicken breast in small pieces and then put them in an already hot pan, with a little bit of coconut oil.
Let them roast a little bit on one side, while you put some seasoning on the other one. Then flip them around and repeat the process again.
While your chicken is roasting, chop up your paprika into small, thin pieces and wash your salad.
When your chicken is finished put it aside – leave it in the pan, so it doesn’t get cold in the meantime.
Take another pan to put your tortilla into that (I didn’t use oil because I had a coated pan) and let it get hot and crispy.
Now (finally) the fun part comes. Put your finished tortilla on a plate and spread some cream cheese on it. After that you put your salad, paprika, chicken breast and the chili sauce in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up ‘Chipotle’-style.
I swear I’m getting hungry again, looking at the photos.
