Lazy Sunday #FALLingwithGRACE

Truth is, I hated Sundays as a kid. They were just boring and all I could think about was school the next day and the homework I may or may not have done. But since I grew older and became much more wiser (haha) I now love Sundays. It also might have to do with the fact that it’s my only free day of the week because this semester I went overboard with uni – courses on Saturday, yay!
Simply put, I have learned to appreciate Sundays and since uni started every Sunday is my lazy day. Reading, watching TV, streaming PLL (I know I’m really late), and making my special caramel hot chocolate with extra whipping cream and caramel sauce, ’cause I’m healthy like that (recipe down below). For me my lazy days are just all about winding down, and relaxing. And if I’m not sick with Bronchitis (like right now) I’ll spend the day outside – especially in Autumn with all those beautiful colours!

The book I’m reading is ‘Will Grayson, Will Grayson’ by John Green and David Levithan

Caramel Hot Chocolate

What You Need

Soy Milk
Caramel Sauce
Whipping Cream

What You Have To Do

I was feeling extra fancy today and wanted to make my hot chocolate look super pretty. That’s why I took the caramel sauce and let it drip down the insides of my glass, but as you can see on the picture above, I failed greatly at that . Everything just went down to the bottom of my jar after adding the milk and cacao – but hey, no one has anything against an 1-inch layer of caramel sauce at the bottom of their cacao, so it’s fine!
As I said, just warm up the soy milk, add the cocoa and then make it into a fine piece of hot chocolate by adding a ton of whipping cream and caramel sauce on top.
Also, if you want to try out salted caramel hot chocolate, just add in a pinch of salt!

What are you doing on a Sunday or your lazy days? Let me know in the comments!
And if you want to recreate the caramel hot chocolate, post a picture of them on instagram, and tag me so I can see them! Yours will probably look a lot better than mine!
